Gripes & Consumer Rights
This page is provided in support of all those consumers out there that have had enough and are looking for an outlet. I started this page after falling victim to Shannon Court's misleading Web advertisement. If you have a gripe and you feel that your rights as a consumer have been violated, submit an email to me and I'll post it here.

Shannon Court Hotel of San Francisco. The ad looked great, but the reality was enough to inspire this page.
Ford. The page you're reading is actually my second gripe page. The "Anti-Ford Page" is my first, and it's just chock full of letters from people who feel, as I do, that Ford has spent far too much time getting and keeping consumer's money and far too little time making quality economy cars and trucks or providing quality customer support.
Econo Lube & Tune and Brakes. A good friend of mine asked if she could add her gripe after being given horrible service and a terrible run-around from these folks. You'd think that, after endangering the lives of her family, they'd be a bit more forthcoming.
Lucky's in the California Bay Area. I am SO tired of wasting my time looking for products that a Lucky's grocery store has run out of or produce that is anything but fresh…
Hung Fu Restaurant, Cupertino, CA. Care for a little racism with that General's Chicken? At least one of the owners of this restaurant goes WAY beyond bad service…
ADP Payroll and Pension Mgt. Co. of New Jersey. Tom wrote in to warn everyone that feels their money is safe in a 401k that perhaps they should get, in writing, what the procedure is and what the timeline typically is for getting your money back out should you need it.
KinderCamp Academy. Richard Camp runs a poorly managed, undersecured operation. And heaven forbid that you put your child there, realize your mistake, and try to get a refund!
