Life with Ford is very unsatisfying. I am currently on my 2nd Ford from St 
George Ford in St. George, Utah. I have had problems since day one with my 
2004 Excursion. I should of known that I shouldnt get a Ford when I couldnt 
even get a sales person to call me back on an easy sale.
I live in Brian Head, utah at a lovely altitude of 10,000 ft. I bought a 7 
year bumper to bumper warranty and have found out that it doesnt cover 
bumper to bumper. I also bought a 5 yr paint and interior warrranty and have 
found out that it doesnt cover that either. I have had 3 fuel injestors 
replaced that was like pulling teeth out. THey had to send a tech to my home 
to try to duplicate the problem twice. THis should be covered under the 
warranty, you think. Now I am experiencing the same problem again, and they 
are not willing to send a tech out. My power steering went out and have been 
told that the EXTENED BUMPER TO BUMPER warranty did not cover it.??? Why???? 
Just because. I have a rust spot on top of my car, Ford will only pay for 
1/2 of the $1300 to get it fixed. Why? Didnt I buy a paint warranty with 
Ford for this reason??? I was informed to reread my warranty. What more can 
I say?? Ford sucks!!
