Date:

On September 15, 2006, at 11:30 am, the driver, Mr. Rafael Mulero Rosario,
loaded the vehicle Ford F-150, license 777-283, in order to complete a job,
at the Ponce Planta Nueva Water Treatment Plant. The vehicle
auto-accelerated (sudden acceleration) causing Mr. Mulero to lose control
and collide with the Government vehicle 2006 Chevrolet truck, model 5500,
license H-47714. Several employees from Roberts as well from the government
water treatment plant witnessed the accident.

The Ford F-150, has been reported to the Ford company regarding the sudden
acceleration problem, it has happened while driving on the high way, as
well, after shifting gear from "Parking" to "Drive." Mr. Osvaldo Lugo,
reported the vehicle Ford F-150 twice to an official Ford service center,
Ford del Oeste at Hormigueros, Puerto Rico, on May and July of the current
year. Both times, the service representatives said that the truck was fine,
but it continued having the sudden acceleration problem. After the
September 15 accident, the Ford F-150 was taken again to the same Ford
service center, and again they said it is fine.

We still having the problem, and there is no information about this
happening to other F-150s.

Thank you for not publishing names, but please publish the story and if you
know what we can do, please let me know.
