I bought a new 2003 Crown Victoria, first about once a month the lights 
mysteriously turned off while driving at night. I took it to Koons Ford in College 
Park, Maryland. I reported the problem to Rick the Service manager. He 
responded by informing me the ten thousand mile check up would cost $291. Upon return 
he advised me he had no way to check the problem.
Gee thanks for the $291 advice.   Sincerely Bernard
