Raw deal

A few months back my Daughter and her Husband purchased a 1999 Ford
Ranger. The truck looked brand new, 4x4, and all the bells and
whistles..They purchased from a local dealership here in the greater
Puget Sound area who I will refer to as "Jeep and Eagle" who are located
on Hiway "99" South just outside of Seattle...5 star dealership who
boast about how they stand behind the product they sell to include used
Fords.
Last week my Daughter told me the transmission was starting to act up on
the truck and as soon as I heard that I knew it spelled trouble. Then
vehicle only has 35000 miles on it so for obvious reasons they shouldn't
have to worry about transmissions going bad (ha ha). They took the truck
to transmission shop and tech.removed the pan and it's full of metal
shavings!. Told my Daughter it's going to need replaced. My son in law
then contact the JEEP AND EAGLE DEALERSHIP ON HWY."99" SOUTH IN SEATTLE"
and to sum it up the Manager who goes by the name "MOJO" tells them
"LOOKS LIKE YOU GOT A RAW DEAL" I was so hot as I knew ford was a real
piece of crap as I had a transmission burn up at 19000 on my 1993 Ford
F-150. I guess what makes me so mad is Ford continues to manufacture
crap vehicles and they get away with it. I think Ford and all the
dealerships that sell theses pieces of crap should be held responsible
and a "class action suit" should be started. I do appreciate you letting
me vent about the "raw deal" they got and please everyone, pass the word
if you live in Seattle area do not buy a used vehicle from the
dealership I have mentioned above.
