I have always been a ford Supporter – The have wronged me one 
two many times -  that I’m thinking of buying a Chevy!!!!!

I had to replace my engine in March of 2002, again in May of 2004, 
but unfortunately for me the first engine had a warranty of 24k 
miles and/or 2 years, in August of 2002 they extended the warranty 
to 36K miles and/or 3 yrs.  So! Ford after complaining to everyone 
at Ford who would listen they agreed have Ford pay 1/3, the 
dealership paid a 1/3 and I had to pay a 1/3 which came out to 2 
grand.  To add insult to injury, 30 miles after I picked up the car 
from the dealership, the head gasket blew on the “NEW” engine.  
They said it would take 3-4 days to replace the Head Gasket.  Yaa 
right – 2 weeks later.  What customer service, just unbelievable – 
I will never buy a Ford again.
