F150 2004 Rust

I have a F150 2004 FX with 23000 miles. I love the truck, I just am not 
happy with Ford. The truck was in a recall a year or so ago for a Butyl 
pad that had to be removed from under the rear panel ,and was then to be 
sprayed with anti corrosion material to prevent rust. Well I took it in 
and had that done. It now is showing bubbles under the paint, and you 
can feel rust on the inside of the fender. This is a documented problem, 
and they refuse to fix it. The truck has a 5 year warranty against 
corrosion so I am confused how they can refuse to fix it. I have not 
given up.
