 Todd,

My name is Jessica B and I came across your Ford site as I was looking for some
information on the situation I'm in. It seems as though you know a bit about the dealings 
us consumers are subject to when something goes wrong with that car we paid a lot 
for in our driveway. I was hoping that maybe you could offer a little advice, some 
suggestions or at the very least make public the issue my husband and I have been 
dealing with for the last three weeks. brought it immediately to the dealership where 
I bought the car's attention. At first they tried to brush me off by saying it wasn't their 
problem and it was an issue with the paint, which they claim isn't under warranty
but when I took the car to two separate auto body shops and each one said it is a defect 
in the deck lid itself that's causing the paint to crack, they started to take me seriously.
he lied. We both were a little upset by his answer and are very worried that if this is just 
patched, it'll just come back with time. When my husband asked him about this, he told 
him that there were no guarantees in life and if it comes back after the warranty is up on 
the car, it's not Ford's problem anymore.
