2002 Ford Excursion

My wife escaped death and killing other ppl when out 2002 ford excursion acceleration pedal 
became stuck in full throttle.  THe gas pedal had a life of its own...  She spun out 3 times on 
the 2 lane highway going over 70MPH and came to a crash stop backwards into the Marine 
corps Air station fence.  She put the SUV in park and turned off the ingnition and was 
removed from the vehicle by witnesses when the tires burst into flames.  The accident 
investigator police department and Military police were  amazed and baffled to see the gas 
pedal still stuck in full throttle position  plastered to the floor board of our SUV.  Luckily my wife 
suffered only minor injuries broken elbow and pulled muscles.  They deemed the accident was 
caused due to Manufacturer defect.  
 
This is the last time I will ever buy a Ford.    I bought this for my wife on Mothers day May 9th 
2005 and on Septemeber 9th 2005 Fords defect could have killed her....
