I have had a transmission slip problem since i bought this truck. When 
slowing down (but not stopping) then acelerating again from approximately 10-15 
m.p.h. the transmission slips then slams into gear. The dealer said it was normal. 
HA! When I asked for the paperwork to show I had brought it in they said they 
test drove it as a favor and there was no paperwork. Ford in Dearborn, MI, 
said since there is no paper trail, they couldn't help. They allow their dealers 
to screw with people like this. There has to be a record of the dealer 
contacting the factory for what the dealer told me was technical support in which 
they would have stated the VIN number for identification purposes. 

I will try again at a different dealer as I have already contatced an 
attorney. It is just bad of Ford to force me down this path. Do they think I will 
ever buy a Ford again?
