I purchased my car from FORREST CATE FORD in LaFayette, Walker
County Ga. in August 2002. I traded in a jeep. In my jeep I 
had a 10 disc CD player which was agreed they would remove and 
return to me to have it installed in my new car. In the transer 
a vital part of my CD player was lost. I looked to find a 
replacement part and was told it could not be replaced, I 
explained this to the salesperson he said they COULD order the 
part and placed the order....after 3 months the WRONG part came 
in...was told they would REORDER it....it never came...after 5 
months I was very upset and really started to complain, to get 
me out of the way, they said they would have someone wire my CD 
player directly into my radio and would give me a car to drive 
while they did, they gave me a car that broke down on me 2 times, 
I returned the car VERY ANGRY.... the next day my husband took 
the car to them and they gave him a nice car to use.....they 
took my 10 DISC KENWOOD PLAYER and did not install it, but 
WITHOUT CALLING OR ASKING replaced it with a PIONEER 6 DISC 
PLAYER and kept MY 10 as a trade in player...........can you 
please help me this is NOT right!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
