My 500 is not even a year old.  When its really cold it does not turn =
over right away and hesitates when I try to accelerate.  The driver's =
side power window goes down when I press up.  The rear passenger shock =
rattles as if it was loose.  Planet Ford said they had to be able to =
duplicate the weather to figure out the problems when its cold.  A =
mechanic test drove the car and said he found some bolts that were loose =
and tightened them.  Now after a month it rattles again.  What a =
disappointment.
