Frist I'd like to say that for what ever reason when I get to your
home page I can't get any of the links to open, so I've not been
able to read any of the stuff you have here.
 
But I am going to send  you  my Ford Murder story anyway.
 
My husband and I had been in the paving business here in Cal for
over 25 years. We owned our own dump truck a Ford LNT 9000.Sept of
2000 we had whats called a center drag link replaced on the steering
control unit. Nov 6 2000 that part failed while he was on the
highway. The truck with no steering left the road and hit a pole and
roled on it's right side. Pinning my husband in and leaving him to
bleed to death.
 
Thats the basics of the accident what follows a crime on the higest
order. The part Ford sold us and shipped to the west coast was
already on recall. It was instilled on our truck 25 days after the
recalled statrted and to this day Ford has never told me about this.
And they can't say they couldn't find us as being in the trucking
field the Cops and DEA and DOT and DMV knows where truckers are at
all times.I had to find it on the internet on my own. Next I have 2
sets of salvage doc's on my truck. The ones the junkyard used to
dismanlted it are dated 3 month earlier  then the ones I signed over
to my Ins Co. My orders to the junkyard where to store and not touch
the truck until they where told by me they could.
 
It's clear someone didn't want me to know the truth, and somebody
wanted Bob's death to just disappear, like 21,000 of dump truck did.
All my evidence leads right back to Ford. I have all the evidence to
bring a case against Ford, but an still looking for the one they paid
to deliver those salvage doc's to the junkyard.

Along the way I discovered that the recall laws do nothing to protect
our evidence if there's been an accident. It is also a common practice
for this companys to try and buy back those wrecks so the cases just
go away.
 
I have spoken to my Fed Senator's on this and they are looking into
this law to see if thats so. If they find it to be true then they will
take some actions to help change that.
 
That part should have not been on the shelves for anyone to order but
it was. Ford's behavor in this case has gone from wrongful
death/product liability to Failure to notify of a recall, theift of
evidence and my personal property. Which now makes it a crimial case.
As far as I'm concerned Ford Murdered Bob and then covered up there
wrong doing.
 
And I'm betting that I'm not the only one thats had this happen to
them or someone they  loved

Your more then welcome to post me story. I want the world to know
what a bunch of bastards Ford is. As for the cops and Da's office
they will not touch this as we are in the trucking business and guess
what, Commerical vichiles do not come under any comsumer protection
laws. Now theres something that needs to be changed for sure.What
makes the Gov think that truckers or not consumers anyway.

I would love to hire an investigator but Bob's murder left me with no
money and homeless for a time.Because the Coroner made a mess of his
autopsy which I never said they could do, but was told tuff we're
doing it anyway. They claimed he was full of Morphine/Herion at the
same time. Which there drug test never backed that up. It's taken me
3 years to get them to rewrite that and change the public records on
this. That alone cost me a million dollars in Ins money.

AS for the Senator he is looking into the laws that govern recalls to
see if there needs to be added to it a law protecting victims evidence
for the kind of thieft that happened to me.

The DMV is now looking into this for me to see if we can't find the
person or persons that delieved those phoney salvage papers to the
junkyard. I will be conntecting the ATT Generals office this week. I
did e-mail John Walsh at AMW and they told me to try the FBI on this.
So I'll try that to.

In the mean time because there have been laws broken at both the state
and fed level and the part and truck or missing it is now a crimeial
case. And I'll have to get some money somewhere to pay the lawyers
I've been working with on this and the coroners office. I am a witness
against the coroners office here in my county for another family, and
thats why there lawyers are trying to help me with my case.

Even if I never get this to the courts because of lack of money I will
make it public for sure. Company's like Ford should never be allowed
to get away with this knd of stuff for sure.

I've been told by many that this would make a good book/movie to so
who knows where this will go. Glad you found the problem with your
site. For a while I thought it was my new PC lol.
