Just to let you know of the problems i have had with a 2004 tdci people 
carrier,no lie this vehicle has been back into the dealership over 30 
times since i purchased it from new......list as follows,clutch reolaced 
at 7000 miles,drive shafts,turbo pipes,loose doors,faulty locks,faulty 
rear door rubber seals,ignition problems,engine mounts,x2 lumber support 
bags in drivers chair,6 visits for a problem that causes the van to 
missfire and fill the street with black smoke and they still cant find 
the fault....all they do is recalobrate the system or so they say.That 
is the story so far,the van went into the dealership on 20/01/06 for 
this problem again where they changed the accelerator pedal...and here 
were are 2 days later and its broke down again...all this on a vehicle 
with only 48000 miles on the clock...what a great advert  for this 
vehicle,would i ever buy a ford again not a chance ,quality reliability 
back up totaly crap.....i have lost so much business due to this sub 
standard product....the worst 18000 i have ever spent...Regards Mark
