Ford Brake problems

I am having the front brakes completely reworked on a 2005 Ford Escape =
after only 20,000 miles.  $275 to have this done at the Ford dealer.

This is such a new problem that there are no after market parts to do =
the work - I have to wait for a shipment of original Ford parts.

Dealer says Ford will not pay anything toward this repair.

I can not afford to spend $275 every 20,000 miles.

Any suggestions?

PS - while up on the rack - the rears are bad too but this is covered by =
some recall at no cost.
