My name is Megan Horvath. I live on the outskirts of Philadelphia. On
January 29th 2004 I bought my 2000 Ford Focus. I loved the car everything was
great! I bought it for under $10,000! I just had the car for the 21st day
everything was going well until I went to the parking garage at my work and put
the key in the ignition and the key would not turn. So I tried over and over
again to get the key to turn, 20 minutes later I go back to my desk and call the
dealership who is Murphy Ford Lincoln Mercury in Chester, Pa. I called them
and stated that I cannot get my key to turn therefore I cannot drive my car.
The dealership stated that they would send over a tow truck to get my car and
bring it the dealership, all is well and good right? No, the car got to the
dealership and I needed a car to drive till mine was finished. Now having the
car for 21 days and buying a extended service plan on the car you would think
that everything covered...Right? Wrong. I get a call from the dealership and
they stated that the SWAY BAR and the TUMBLER had to be replaced. I went to
go and drop off the rental car and got the bill thinking it was just a
deductible...it was a bill for $500.00. I had no choice but to fit the bill. So
anyone out there who wants to but a ford think otherwise.

                                             Megan
