Car in Shop, under warranty, a month later still waiting for a new transmission

My 2003 Ford Focus transmission was slipping. I brought it to Ford at  30,000 
miles. My warranty is 100,000 miles. They have had my car for a month and  
one week today! Ford will not approve a new transmission. They are replacing it  
part by part until they find the problem! The dealer is alright, doing what 
they  can. I have called Ford Headquarters many times and have gotten no 
response. No  respect for the consumer. I previously owned the 2000 ford focus zx3. 
yeah! I  can't even begin to go there. You know, it almost blew up, the 
ceiling fell  down, the tire almost fell off! Serious recalls!
