Hi.  In trying to obtain information on the  2002 Ford Taurus coil springs, 
because I think Ford has screwed me over on one  that broke in my car the other 
day, I stumbled across your website.  I  attempted to go into _Malcolm's 2002 
Ford Taurus_ (http://www.tgrigsby.com/views/malcolm.htm) .  Ford voluntarily 
recalls Tauruses with faulty coil springs -- but neglects to  include the 
faulty suspension springs on 2002 models." but it will not let me  in.  Is there a 
way you can tell me the circumstances on his faulty  springs/suspension on 
his 2002 Ford Taurus?  
 
    I'm attempting to go after Ford to pay the bill on  my car, as with less 
than 47,000 miles on my car at the time the spring broke, I  feel that even 
tho I didn't take out the extended warranty, that from other  articles I've been 
reading on the internet indicate a severe problem with coil  springs that 
Ford Motor Company is installing on not just the 1999-2001 (as have  been on the 
recalls), but I am curious to find out how many other 2002 Taurus  owners have 
experienced the same problem as me.
 
    Any info you can provide me with concerning this  would be greatly 
appreciated.  Thank you.
