Dear Sir;
I am the sad owner of a 2002 F-350, I got the truck brand new. I am a 
person that likes to keep their vehicle clean and serviced. I have 
experianced a number of problems with this truck, but the one that 
really gets me is the truck has just turned 60.000 miles, it has the 
V-10, at 62.335 miles it broke a valve spring and swollowed a valve. I 
notifyed ford that day by email,(it was a saturday) it took a number of 
days for them to get back to me, they told me to take it to the 
dealership where I bought it, due to the number of times the truck was 
at the dealership and hard feelings due to all the run around they gave 
me,(Meredith Ford, Meredith N.H.) the owner of the dealership would not 
allow my truck in the shop, I notifyed ford and they told me to take it 
to someone else, so I paid to get it towed to another dealer, That 
dealership wanted me to put up 2,000 dollars before they would even look 
at it, I have been calling ford all along to go by the book to see if 
they would help with good will, today I called ford to tell them about 
the stupid fee's and to see if they had any input, They told me "By No 
means will they consider helping me out with any of the cost, and if I 
want to get the truck fixed then I would be responsible for the full 
cost of repair." I asked to get that in writing and they told me that 
they would not send me any letter. I think that it is pretty piss poor 
that a company will not stand behind ther product. I have lost thousands 
of dollars due to not having a relyable truck and then getting screwed 
like this makes me hate ford even more. do you have any input on this.
