Subject: 1997 Ford Ranger

I purchased a 1997 Ranger from my grandmother today,
and I noticed some very small "scratches" in the paint.
Apon further inspection I found literally millions of
these little "scratches" in patches on the vehicle. Now,
I realize this truck is five years old, but it only has
24k miles, it has been waxed every couple of months and
it certainly has never been abused; they even go to the
ford dealer for oil changes and service work...which
kinda ticks me off because they never mentioned the
obvious issue to them. I have seen a couple of other
stories on your sight similar to mine, so I was
wondering if I had a leg to stand on? Any info would
be great!
