F-350 6.0 Super duty

I own 4 F350 Super Duty trucks. They were all bought this year, the first
one now has a blown head gasket. I have brought it in to a Ford dealer shi[p to
be repaired, and the dealership said that ford will no longer warranty my
truck because I installed an after market exhaust system.
Since then I was told that it will cost me $13,000 dollars to repair my
truck with a junk yard motor. Since I own my own construction company I paid
the fee, because I am loosing money every day I don't have it on the road.
After I paid for the engine I asked for my old engine back and was told
that I couldn't get it back. When I asked why the dealership told me that
their is a core charge on the motro form the junk yard, I said that I would pay
the core charge. Then the Service Manager told me that it would be $5,000
dollars, I told them that I would pay the core charge, but I wanted to see the
invoice from the junk yard and then I would write the check directly to them.
Well I have bought motors from junk yards before and they don't charge for a
core charge. During this time a friend of mine has a brother who works for
the dealership =and found out that their is nothing wrong with the block, I
just needed new head gaskets.
After calling for 2 wks I finally was told that their is no core charge
and that they ave lost my motor, ( the new motor ) no one can tell me who
delivered it and wear it is coming from.
3 days later they found it and are ready to work on the truck. Know they
have my entire cab in the air because this is the only way to work on these
motors. so therefore they have to charge me an extra $3,600 to remove the cab
and reinstall the cab.
I have since found out that Ford is having problems with programmers,
and also was told by another certified mechanic that they are having problems
with these trucks that haul heavy loads every day.
Now I bought these trucks because if the work that I do and know that
ford has a very large problem they are looking for any way out of correcting
the problem. and I was told that Ford is witting the warranty book again, know
saying that if you put larger tires, or a lift kit on these trucks that will
VOID your warranty.
Now I was just old by the dealership that they will pay for my rental
car which I can't figure out, is because they feel sorry for me or is it
because they got caught with their hand in my cookie jar
I need an attorney to help represent me I hope you can help me with
this, I am located Ft. Lauderdale, FL. 33301
