Ford Escort 2000 ZX2 - My car has been in the shop 17 times for
transmission problems.  My car has had 4 transmission replacements
and I just got the car back 2 weeks ago - still having the same
transmission problems and what happens - the following week my car
dies with a truck load of groceries and my 18  month child in the
car.  I have been trying to deal with Ford - they always say they
will call me back - no one ever does.  Fortunately, I work for an
attorney and hopefully Ford will replace this vehicle prior to
going to trial.  If that is what it takes - that is what I will do.
It is the principal of the matter now.
